We currently ship Australia-wide ONLY. Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal service issues, public holidays, or peak periods).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos at uncomfort.co@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
