Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns

We do not accept exchanges or returns on products that are not in original condition, with tags on. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, if the product is in stock. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept size swaps / exchanges / returns on sold out products. If you were sent the wrong item or your product is defective, please email uncomfort.co@gmail,com within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not cover the shipping costs for any returned items or unclaimed orders. If your unclaimed order is returned to us & you wish for it to be reshipped, we will not cover the shipping costs. Your order may be cancelled if the product you ordered is out of stock/oversold.
